- Is WishWoven free?
- Yes. Every template is free to use right now: you can make an invitation, share it and collect RSVPs without paying.
- Do I need to install an app or know design?
- No. WishWoven works in the browser on a phone or a laptop. You pick a finished design and type in your names, dates and places; the layout, animation and music are already done.
- Do my guests need an account?
- No. Guests open one link, see the invitation and reply. They never sign in or install anything.
- How do I share the invitation?
- You get one link, for example invite.wishwoven.com/asha-and-rohan. Send it on WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS or email, or anywhere a link works.
- Can I change details after I have shared it?
- Yes. Edit the date, time, place or any other detail and save. The same link shows the new details the next time a guest opens it.
- How do RSVPs work?
- Guests reply on the invitation itself. You see every reply in one list with names and answers, can download it as a spreadsheet, and can set a reply-by day or stop replies at any time.
- Can each guest get an invitation with their own name?
- Yes, on designs that have a guest name. Add your guests and each one gets a personal link that greets them by name.
- Which languages can I make an invitation in?
- Every design comes in English, and many also come in Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam or Bengali. Choose your language on the design's page.
- Can I add my own photos and music?
- Yes. Replace the sample photos with your own and keep the music the design comes with or pick another song from the library.
- Do I need to sign in?
- Not to try a design. You can open any template and edit it straight away. When you are ready to share it, you sign in with your email address and a one-time code. There is no password.
- Can someone help me manage the invitation?
- Yes. Invite family or a planner to your team and they can edit the invitation and see the RSVPs with you.
