About this design
A bright daytime invitation for a Hindu wedding, printed like a hand block-print poster in marigold, saffron, kumkum red and banana-leaf green.
Guests arrive at a curtain of marigold strings with your names on a hanging tag. One tap and the garlands swing aside and lift away to show the couple under a marigold mandap. Below, the families' note, the Shubh Muhurat with a countdown in marigold blooms, and the celebrations strung down a garland thread: haldi, the wedding and the reception.
It ends with the dress code, an RSVP with a list of who is coming, and festive Indian instrumental music.
