Pressed Flowers
A quiet, modern wedding invite kept like a botanist’s journal: a linen cover opens on pressed flowers, each day is a labelled specimen, and replies go in the back pocket.

About this design
For couples who would rather whisper than shout. Guests are handed a small linen-bound journal with the couple’s initials on its label and a ribbon marking the page. One press lifts the cover, a sheet of glassine slides away, and the first page is there: pressed flowers taped down with two strips of paper tape, the names set large and light, and a hand-written label with the date they were collected.
Every page after it is a plate. The couple are a painted portrait in photo corners, each with a playful Latin name. Each celebration is a herbarium sheet, pinned and numbered, with its day, time and place. A ruled slip in the margin carries pencil notes on what to wear. The venue has its own specimen label and directions, and the reply card waits in a paper pocket on the last page, beside the names of everyone already coming.
Warm ivory paper, soft charcoal ink and one eucalyptus green, with gentle music. The mehndi, the reception, the dress code and the note are optional.
