About this design
For couples marrying on a beach, in Goa, the Andamans, Bali or anywhere the sand is the dance floor, over a weekend rather than a day. Guests arrive at dry sand with a corked glass bottle rocking on it. Tap Open the message: the cork pops, a wave with a lacy foam edge rolls over the whole screen and draws back, and where it was the sand is wet, with the couple's names written in it under a gouache painting of the arch at golden hour.
Inside, the message from the bottle welcomes everyone, Getting there gives the venue and directions, and the weekend is a tide table: a welcome evening, the wedding at sunset and a moonlit beach party, each marked by a sea-glass pebble. The countdown sits in bobbing pebbles, and replies go back with the tide, with guests and arrival day.
Sea-glass aqua, seafoam, warm sand and coral, with a calm acoustic song. The welcome evening, the party and the note for guests are optional.
