About this design
Side A in Marathi, in the voice of old record covers and radio request programmes rather than a line-by-line translation. Guests are handed a record sleeve with the couple’s names as the album title; one press of रेकॉर्डवर पिन ठेवा slides the record onto the turntable and the music begins.
The back cover is a गाण्यांची यादी: संगीत and लग्नसोहळा on साइड A, स्वागत समारंभ on साइड B, with a शीर्षकगीत, a ‘वन्स मोअर’ and a hidden bonus song called सुखाचा संसार. The story sits under दोन शब्द with credits in the गीत आणि संगीत style, the countdown reads रिलीजला उरले, and guests reply on a फॅन क्लब कार्ड with their फर्माईश. Small record marks (STEREO, 33⅓ RPM, A1, B2) stay as printed on real sleeves.
