About this design
Our Scrapbook in Hindi, written the way a young couple really scribbles in their own album, not translated line by line: "ये हम हैं!" beside the photo, "और हाँ: भूखे पेट आइएगा" on a sticky note, "वैसे हम गिन नहीं रहे" under the countdown. The lines elders read stay polite: the invitation, the dates and the reply slip all speak in आप.
Guests arrive at a closed kraft album on a cutting mat. Press हमारी स्क्रैपबुक खोलिए and the band snaps off, the cover flips and loose photos slide out. Inside: both names in marker with a date stamp, the dates as ticket stubs with the शादी circled in red, the story on notebook paper beside a photo-booth strip, a tear-off countdown, a doodled map, a जवाबी पर्ची and the page everyone signs.
हाथ से बनी स्क्रैपबुक जैसा शादी का निमंत्रण: टेप से चिपकी तस्वीरें, हाथ की लिखाई, टिकट जैसी तारीख़ें, उलटी गिनती, रास्ता और जवाब के लिए एक पर्ची। संगीत, रिसेप्शन, कहानी और पहनावा वैकल्पिक हैं।
