About this design
For designers, illustrators, zine makers and anyone who loves print. Guests arrive at a sheet fresh off the press with only the blue plate printed: one name solid, the other an empty outline. Press Print the second colour and the pink plate rolls in off register, snaps into place and the proof is ticked 2/2.
Inside is a small zine in two inks on warm paper. The cover sets both names as a poster, with the photograph printed as a blue halftone over a pink sun. Then the line-up, a gig poster with the sangeet as opening act, the wedding as headliner and the reception as after-party; the story with a pull-quote; two pull-out posters; a countdown in overlapping numerals; the venue as a ticket with a dress-code sticker; a tear-off reply coupon and the guest list at the door; and a pink back cover.
