About this design
An invitation for the fun before the wedding: the haldi, the mehendi and an evening of dancing. It is built like a bright party poster in cut paper, not a formal card.
Guests first meet a turmeric-yellow sheet with a paper palm; a mehendi pattern draws itself across it around the couple's names. One tap throws marigold petals and tears the sheet away in strips.
Inside, big blocks of colour change as you scroll: a yellow hero with a taped-up picture, a chatty note from friends and family, then one full stage for each event, green for the haldi, pink for the mehendi and a plum night with paper lanterns for the sangeet. The mehendi and sangeet can be left out. It ends with the venue, what to wear, a countdown, an RSVP ticket and a list of who is coming, with upbeat Indian instrumental music.
